Blizzard Entertainment's online game World of Warcraft is one of the most popular Massively Muti-player Online Role Playing Game's available (MMORPG). Within the game, which is hosted on Blizzard's PvP servers, millions of people create, cultivate and play different characters in an interactive world filled with monsters, adventures, and critically, the ability to fight each other. Corpse camping is the practice of killing another player, waiting by their graveside for resurrection, and then killing them again. The practice only works if you are a high enough level to defeat the other player repeatedly.
Steps
1.Be sure to set aside a lot of time. Make sure to set aside a lot of time. You want to do this and remember that corpse camping is not typically seen as polite and may give you grief in days to come.
2.Find a character at least 10 levels lower than your own. Lower level characters are a gray color. Look for them in lower level zones, especially around enemy towns. If you are familiar to the zone, wait for them at key points in completing quests.
3.Kill them. If you are lvl 70 (or 80, if you have Wrath of the Lich King installed), you probably won't have any troubles at all in killing a low-lvl.
4.Wait by their corpse to kill the deceased character again once he revives. If you are lvl 70 (or higher; see above) and have a flying mount, then, while in Outland, you can just fly above the location while waiting for the character to revive; most players don't consider looking above them when they're about to revive.
A Horde coming along and killing you, then waiting for you to come back so they can kill you again is one of the most annoying things when you're leveling in World of Warcraft. World of Warcraft is special because the players there are used to spending a lot of their time waiting for a small amount of fun, so you will find that people will wait for a long time just so they can spawn kill you quickly. We can't tell you how many times we've been spawn killed for upwards of half an hour, leaving us about five to ten experience bars short of where we should be. In order for you not to have this problem, you need to devise a strategy for getting out of these situations, which may be very easy or hard depending on how well you've prepared for it.
